The magical MIX of Messi, Iniesta and Xavi were unique and went on to become legends in their own right. All the three players were products of the famed La Masia and that made their achievements extra special for FC Barcelona. A young Xavi started his career with the likes of Pep Guardiola at FC Barcelona and went on to become an integral part of the team. Soon he was joined by the wonderfully talented Andres Iniesta. Later came in the little Argentine Lionel Messi who completed the golden triangle. By then Pep Guardiola had taken over as the coach of Barca team. His strategies and tactics were perfectly executed by the willing Barcelona team who have since been regarded as the best ever club team of all times.

The waves of aggression finally resulted in a penalty that broke the deadlock. Messi and Coutinho were involved in a neat one-two before Messi was brought down in the box. Despite VAR, the penalty was awarded, which was contentious because there was very little contact
